⚠️ A Dangerous Mistake & A Customer Service Black Hole
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. I had no choice but to keep trying to contact customer service to fix their dangerous mistake.
Customer: Finally, a person. You sent me the wrong prescription glasses. I've been getting dizzy and feel sick just from trying them on. This is a huge mistake.
CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear that, and I apologize for the difficulty you've had reaching us. Your well-being is our priority. Can I please get your order number to correct this for you immediately?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. I just want the right glasses. After multiple chats and emails, I'm exhausted. I can't believe it's this hard to get help.
