I want to share my terrible online shopping experience to warn other parents. I thought I was making a smart choice by buying glasses for my child from GlassesUSA with an extended warranty, but it's been a complete disaster. In my opinion, this place is the worst. I've ordered glasses with added warranty and needed a replacement due to the frame breaking, and each time I've needed a lens replacement, they tell me my choice of frame is out of stock… then how do I end up with a cheaper and lighter pair than the previous? I'm tired of dealing with this, as my original $189 purchase value has been whittled down to about $130 through their absurd credit system. I felt I had no choice but to call customer service and demand an explanation.
