A 6-Week Nightmare & Horrible Service: My Warning to You 😡
I'm writing this as a warning to others. While I eventually got glasses I liked, getting them was an absolute nightmare. My first pair didn't fit. The second had a strange glare. It took over six weeks and countless attempts to get it sorted out. It was an "absolutely horrible experience but I finally did get the pair of glasses without the blue light and I do love them. But definitely horrible customer service." Their phone number is bogus, emails go unanswered, and the online chat is unreliable. This frustrating ordeal is why I felt compelled to leave a review and try, one last time, to speak with someone who could help.
Customer: Is anyone there? This is my tenth attempt trying to reach you. Your phone number doesn't work, my emails are ignored, and the chat keeps disconnecting. I returned a pair of glasses with a weird glare over a month ago and have heard nothing!
