A Customer Service Nightmare: Damaged Product & Impossible to Reach Support 😤
I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I couldn't access my account, the product arrived damaged, and getting help felt impossible. It was, without a doubt, the "Worst customer service experience ever. Unable to sign in using the correct email address to reset password. Glasses delivered with scratch on lens. Request to speak with customer service representative not answered after waiting for over 2 hours on two separate attempts… Horrible experience and poor quality control." After finally getting through, I had this conversation, hoping for a resolution.
Customer: I've finally reached a person after being on hold for hours over two days! My glasses arrived with a scratch on the lens, and I can't even log into my account to start a return. Your password reset is broken!
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the long wait and the issues with your order. That is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. I can absolutely help you with the scratched lens and your account access. Could I please have your order number?
Customer: It's 54321. It's just infuriating. You make it impossible to speak with anyone. How does a brand new pair of glasses ship with a scratch on them? Where is your quality control?
